The Sail of The Lyra at On Watch Sailing.

Newport is known as the sailing capital of America, and what better way to experience Newport than from the water!  The Concierge at the Grace Vanderbilt recommended we book a private charter with the team at On Watch Sailing. This was hands down our best day in Newport! We headed over to Old Port Marina on Sayers Wharf to meet Captain Green, which was located just a short walk from our hotel. On Watch Sailing offers several different tours and charters. You can customize and tailor your sail so that you are experiencing exactly what you wish to see.  We…

Anna and I enrolled in a precollege weekend workshop called “Passion for Fashion Styling”, which took place over the course of four Saturdays. Along with our classmates, we discussed the different types of styling, from high…

Amanda Seyfried is one of Hollywood’s most recognizable actresses. She has appeared in some of our favorite movies, including Mean Girls, Letters to Juliet, and Mamma Mia, so we were pretty shocked when she recently said that on a big budget film that she was in, she received about 10% of the salary of her male costar! How is that even possible? If Amanda is in a movie, it makes us want to see it more! Shouldn’t she be paid the same amount as a man on the same film? Seyfried is joining a growing list of women in Hollywood who…
