As the seasons change and the cold air hits your fading tan lines, an important thing to do to keep yourself looking fresh and healthy is to moisturize! Cold air does not have to bring chapped lips, or dry hair and skin. I have tried so many different products to help fight off these cold weather enemies, and these are just a few of my favorites!

Smith’s Rosebud Salve

Lips

Chapped Lips no more! It’s hard to choose just one favorite product because there are a few that I keep close by. But it’s safe to say that the infamous Smith’s Rosebud Salve ($6 at Sephora) is a miracle in a tin! You can put this awesome tinted salve just about anywhere to help heal and refresh dry skin, like lips or elbows.

My favorite drug store find is the Maybelline ‘Baby Lips’ Lip Balm ($2.69 at Target). I love the Pink Punch and Quenched flavors…I always have at least one of these floating around! Whether it’s in my purse or my backpack, I am always ready to quickly give my lips some hydration while out and about…and the price can’t be beat!

Sometimes dry lips happen to the best of us, and a full lip treatment is in order!  I love the ‘Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment’ from fresh. I first discovered this product in a gift set (Fresh Sugar Lip Lovers $45 at Sephora) that included the Sugar Lip Polish, as well as three other great products. I definitely recommend giving this set a try when you’re in need of some serious lip hydration!

Matrix Oil Wonders Strengthening Oil

Hair

Your hair deserves a boost when the weather changes, and the ‘Oil Wonders Strengthening Oil’ by Matrix ($24 Ulta Beauty) is just the perfect choice to renew and refresh your strands. One drop of this Indian Amla oil in your wet hair is all that you need for strong and shiny hair!

Skin

Maintaining well moisturized skin starts with a great soap. I love the ‘Kalastyle Swedish Dream Soap’ ($7 at Anthropologie); it’s super hydrating and smells great! I lock in moisture with my go-to Body Butter ($29 at bliss) which keeps my skin feeling extra smooth. The bliss Body Butter comes in a variety of scents; my current favorites are lemon+sage and grapefruit+aloe!
